Project Type: Location Photography | Photography
Location and real estate photography can sometimes be “make the best of it.” I’ve shot a ton of quick pics for real estate/development/management agencies over the years, sometimes as many as 20 locations in a day. Obstacles are everywhere and without prep time, post-processing skills are essential. Weather and wind can mess things up in a hurry, but also things like the public in the background, weird availability times, ie. horrible-bad-no-good lighting, construction debris in the otherwise pristine ocean view, etc.
Do we need to remove the leaves from the pool, or hide the construciton pile next to the recently finished development?
